I've recently joined over 100 international real estate professionals as a member of  FIABCI-USA (The International Real Estate Federation - American Divison) in order to stay up to date on important markets in international real estate and network with fellow global real estate professionals. FIABCI members offer expertise in all components of real estate transactions,  including brokerage, financing, and appraisal, development.

 

              

Just one more designation to prepare me to better serve my clients!  The goal of this certification offered by the National Association of REALTORS® is to prepare real estate professionals to make and receive compensated referrals using the Transnational Referral system developed NAR and the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA).
When you are involved in an international referral, as a referring or receiving agent, the Transnational Referral Certification demonstrates to other real estate professionals that you are well versed in the procedures of the Transnational Referral system, have pledged to follow a code of conduct in business dealings. 

Only 4% of agents nationwide have earned the designation of CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) - and I'm one of them!  This just means that I've been a realtor for many years, have the experience you need me to have, and have taken the time to take extra, in-depth classes offering me more insight and a better education to work with you as your realtor! 

 

As a QSC (Quality Service Certified) agent who is held to a high level of performance and service and understands what you're going through, its my goal to listen, respond, and follow through for you in a timely manner to help this process be more enjoyable.

 

 

I'm very proud to be among only 1% of agents nationwide who have earned the e-PRO Designation.  Endorsed by the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the e-PRO course teaches professionals the nuts and bolts of working with real estate on-line:  web sites, email, on-line tools, and most of all, what today's consumer really wants!
